Hotel Conrad Condado Plaza
This hotel in the heart of Condado has a spectacular view to the Atlantic Ocean. It is situated on one of Puerto Rico’s fastest developing area in the Metropolitan Area. As with all the old structures situated in this area the hotel needed a major renovation in order to keep competing a highly demanded touristic industry. As part of the renovation, the hotel wanted a colorful floor that would withstand heavy pedestrian traffic and would blend with the hotel’s décor.
